01. Selling your home

My main endeavour is to make the process of selling your home as stress free as possible and with full confidence that all of your best interests will always be placed first.

02. Buying a home

I am here to help you find your home, learn the home buying process, and to guide you from house-hunting to move-in day! Before we hop into the home search, I like to advise my clients to create a "Needs" list and a "Wants" list. This will help us to really focus on the things that are most important in your future home. Needs are the non-negotiable features; the features you simply must have in your next home. Wants are the ones you’d like to have, but you can add or change down the road.

Above all else, remember you can’t change the lot, the location, or the price you paid so spend a good amount of time thinking through those three before moving on. Once you’ve got your wants vs. needs list in hand, the fun really begins! It’s time to talk about narrowing down the available listings and deciding which ones to see in person.


03. Building a new home

Considering if new construction is right for you and your family? My goal is to ensure that you are confident and informed every step of the way. Buying or building a new home is an exciting undertaking, with many questions to consider.

My extensive experience in new build construction will help you decide whether to purchase a newly built home or to embark on the journey of building with a builder/contractor.

I've learned a ton over the years about what it takes to help people go from first-time buyers to profitable, long-term investors. And yes, it's as exciting as it sounds! If you’re thinking about investing in real estate for the very first time, I have so much to tell you! Location, property condition, cash flow and property management are a few of the main considerations when investing in property.

You CAN build a residential investment portfolio that will provide a steady stream of income and appreciation over the years. I’ve helped people do it — and I’d love to help you too.
